Archview is quite handy firefox plug-in that let you know about all the contents available in any online ZIP, RAR or ISO files. It works by sitting in the status bar and will appear alive when you will click any archive link and presents you the contents of that specify files in either XML or HTML interface.

Excellent feature of this add on is that you can download any specific file instead of the whole bulky achieve file.
