2 Ways to Add an Useful Mini Notepad to Firefox
Generally its quite common that you have to use "Hi dude… wassup… wasn’t online becoz…." on various social sites, emails etc. Hence for most users and even for webmasters, bloggers a handy notepad integrated with their favorite fast browser firefox can be really useful.
What happened previously is that I had my desktop cluttered with loads of text files written in notepad or word alternatives.
#1- QuickNote : Handy Firefox Notepad Extension
Quick Note : A note-taking extension with tabs, automatic save, and basic integration with the browser/e-mail client.
Quite enough actually for a mini notepad and as the name suggests, it is an add-on that adds a simple notepad to Firefox in which you can copy and annotate everything you want.
Using Quicknote is very simple. Just use the default shortcut CTRL+F7 to lauch. Type, copy paste, scribble ….
But the best feature I think is the Right Click integration. When selecting a text, you can right click on it, and select Send to QuickNote and this will automatically copy that text to any open QuickNote session, or just start a new sidebar one if none is running yet.
