Cropper – Simple Screenshot Capture Software like Snipping Tool

Curently I am using it and find it great since windows xp doesn’t have a snipping tool like in vista or seven. Fantastic, simple screen capture tool, with the plugins you can do delays to capture drop-down options/etc.
