For example, if you have a link like this youtube.com/watch?v=GEXqMH8I3_w and want to start the video from 1 minute and 28 seconds, add the link right after the link #t=01m28s.

The end result will be youtube.com/watch?v=GEXqMH8I3_w#t=01m28s.

In general, the url mod to add is #t=XmYs where X are the minutes and Y are seconds. This also works inside youtube embed codes.
