This simple tool to corrupt a word file is quite simple to use and works for most MS-Office file formats :

  1. Click on “Browse” and select the document you like to shred. Supports Word 07/10.
  2. Select “Shuffle the pieces” if you want this document even harder to recover.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Takes few seconds (depending on the file size) and you will be able to download the corrupted file.

Once you download the corrupted document file if you try to open it… the following error comes.
