Remove Yourself from a Tagged Photo on Facebook Friends’ Album
"how can i remove myself from tagged photo on facebook" Asks Sourav. If you’ve been tagged in a photo which you don’t like, then you can remove yourself from the tagged photo to stop letting your other friends from seeing you in that tagged photo.
Many times we hear news of employees getting fired, students facing detention etc for getting tagged in a photo of any misdeed they did. Also some people have this strange idea of tagging you on random photos of useless stuff. Here’s the solution…

How to Remove Yourself from Tagged Photo on Facebook
Step 1 : Go to that Photo.
Step 2 : Look for your Name in the List of the people tagged in that photo. You can use Ctrl+F to find faster.
Step 3 : After you find you name, Click on remove tag to remove yourself from the tagged photo.
That will remove the tag on the photo you have been tagged in. Done!

Tip : Apply Privacy Settings to Only Let Friends to See your Tagged Photo
By default, your photos and the tagged photos can be seen by "Friends of Friends" which I don’t think is safe enough. You can apply facebook privacy setting s to let only friends see your tagged photos.
Step 1 : Go to Account > Privacy Settings.
Step 2 : Click on Customize Settings on that page.
Step 3 : Scroll Down to find Things others share.
Step 4 : Select Friends Only or Customize for more settings (like hiding tagged photos from specific people)
