MS-Word Full Screen Shortcut for Fullscreen Reading, Editing View
If you spend lot of time reading, editing word documents in microsoft office then the fullscreen mode will help for distraction free writing and reading. Here is a simple shortcut in ms-word for full screen reading, writing.

Step 1 : Open Word or any Word document.
Step 2 : Press Alt + V and then press U and Word will go into fullscreen mode…
Step 3 : Press Esc to go back to normal Ribbon UI mode.
Note : You can also click on the View tab and then use Full Screen Reading button to go fullscreen mode in word.
But this is only for full screen reading by default. You can change that from View Options.
In word 2011 you will be able to change background of the fullscreen mode.
