Add, Embed Youtube Subscribe Widget for Website, Blog, Vlog
Youtube, on completing their 1 billion subscriptions milestone launched a feature to let youtubers add a subscription widget to their site, blogs. So that people can subscribe to their youtube channel from outside youtube.
This is a great help to video networks like Howcast, Revision3 and people who have their own site for streaming their videos, vlog etc.

Subscribe Widget for Your Youtube Channel Videos
All you need to do is embed the code below into the html of your website or blog, in the same way you embed a YouTube video:
<iframe src=http://www.youtube.com/subscribe_widget?p=snaphow style="overflow: hidden; height: 105px; width: 300px; border: 0;" scrolling="no" frameBorder="0"></iframe>
Replace snaphow with your youtube channel name. You can style the iframe using regular css styles codes. Here is how my youtube channel subscribe widget looks like…
# Youtube Subscribe Widget for Blogger
Step 1 : Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design
Step 2 : On the Page Elements tab click on Add a Gadget on this Layouts page.
Step 3 : Add the HTML/Javascript widget and paste the embed code and click Save.
This gadget should be placed by drag dropping it in the sidebar or below post or as you like it in the layout page.
Note : To add in in a post content add the code in the html by using the wysiwyg editor.

Similar as in blogger above, you can and a sidebar widget from Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets or manually add them in your theme’s sidebar.php file.
Same as in posts, add the embed code in the html part of the post content.

tashination : Hi, I am trying to embed the YT subscribe button into my wordpress, but it keeps appearing as a link rather than a button. What should I do?
Mikemad : I am getting a message when trying the i-frame code above. It get the same error message on this very page. Any ideas? This content cannot be displayed in a frame To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame. What you can try: Open this content in a new window It will open in a new windows just fine. This is in IE 8, compatibility mode either on or off. In Chrome nothing displays and in firefox I also get nothing. My site is done in wordpress. Thanks for any help or ideas on how to resolve.
