Hmm, good. But there is one shortafall. Many of the people use weird characters in their name, like @nup! ~de$@i.
If we were to use the %NAME% parameter then it appears like ‘Hi. @nup! ~de$@i, how are you?’ Thats pretty weird.

But i must agree with you, this is the only working version i could find all over the internet. Thank you Gaurav Dua & Gautam.
