From My Personal Experience, I once tried this to get some visitors to my blog and it works. I had Submitted an “How to Start Blogging – Tips for New Bloggers” to a popular Article Directory. For a Few Days I didn’t notice any Traffic … but after a month when that article was used by someone else (probably someone making MFA sites ), the content containing links to my site opened gateways for new visitors which I wouldn’t have got anyway. So, Since I shifted from Blogger to Wordpress and Lost Pagerank , I am planning to Duplicate this process of Writing Quality Articles to submit. Which otherwise wouldn’t have made much diiference if posted on this blog. (I mean articles like Health, Self Improvement & Stuff). Hope it Works …
