Finding Google PageRank of Internal Pages of your Site

Open Parameter and Go to Tools > Extract Urls
Enter Starting Url as www.yoursitename.com
Select Depth as 10. (To Crawl Max. Pages)
Click the Play Button…. Wait Sometime
The Save the Results. After Saving all the Urls will appear in the Main Window.
Click Play Button on the Main Window to Find the pagerank of the Urls.

normally I would use online pagerank tools for finding single page PR and then optimize the content, but glad to know about parameter, which will make my SEO analysis more effective.
