How to Get Updates from Websites which don’t have RSS Feeds ?
There are a Lot of popular sites which don’t have RSS feeds to notify you of new content updates. Similarly, For Eg. it will be very helpful if you could get an update whenever your favorite music download website gets updated with new albums and songs.
Firefox Plugin to Monitor WebPages for Changes
If you use Firefox then install Update Scanner firefox extension to monitor web pages for updates. Useful for websites that don’t provide Atom or RSS feeds.
When a change is detected, a notification window is displayed. Click the blue up-arrow on the bottom status bar to show the Update Scanner sidebar. Webpages that have been updated are shown in bold. Similar is the Firefox add-on Page Update Checker

Get Email Update Notification when a Website is Updated
If you don’t use Firefox then you can try ChangeNotes or ChangeDetection. Both of these websites can monitor requested WebPages and will send you an email when something changes.
Create an RSS Feed on any Website for your Feed Reader
There is another Very Good service called Ponyfish (ponyfish.com) which does the same thing. It lets you create RSS feeds for pages that do not have any. It lets you customize your RSS feeds the way you want, which is pretty great in my opinion. After the Feed is Created you can use it with any Feed Reader you are using. Another Similar way is to use Feed43.Com service
