Submit your blog to as many blog directories as you can. This brings a huge difference. 2. Submit your posts to different social bookmarking sites. One of my blog posts got 2000+ unique visitors in a single day from different social bookmarking sites and that took my blog from 120K alexa to 98K alexa in just one day ;) 3. Post more, more and more. It's the one and only way to get decent traffic and increase your rank. You see, there are blogs who post some excellent informative posts, but they do it once in a while. On the other hand there are blogs who post 10+ posts everyday (most of them are craps, actually), but since they have posts, search engines send traffic and that increases their traffic. And the last but not the least, Do prayers. Mangne ne se khuda mil jate hain, alexa rank kya hai? :P (j/k) @ Gagan: I guess that's Google safe (301) redirects done by a plugin.
